All members of the Alliance have agreed that Ukraine will become a member of NATO, Secretary General Stoltenberg said during the meeting of the Contact Group on Defense of Ukraine in the Ramstein format.

According to Stoltenberg, the Armed Forces exceeded all expectations and recaptured 50% of the territory that the Russian Federation had captured since February 2022. He added that Russia has weakened significantly in its military, economic, and political isolation, but there are no signs that the Russian president has given up on his ambitions.
