There is a new decision by the Netherlands to strengthen Ukrainian air defense — additional missiles for the Patriot complexes, — President Zelenskyy

Zelenskyy said that he and Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte met in Odesa. Rutte's visit to Ukraine was not previously reported, apparently for security reasons.
