🇦🇲 Today, the President of Armenia signed a decision to ratify the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court. The country is now obliged to comply with the court's decisions, including the arrest of Russian President Putin.

🇷🇺 Meanwhile, the Russian dictator says he is ready to visit Armenia and allegedly has an "invitation." He said he spoke on the phone with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
