" We have information about the involvement of Belarusians in the abduction of children. Children from Ukraine are transported through the occupied territories to Russia, and then to Belarus. It involves some pretty creepy non-governmental organizations, such as far-right biker communities," US Ambassador-at-Large Beth Van Skaak said at the United for Justice conference.
