Medvedev demands unconditional surrender as pre-condition for peace

His special “peace formula”:

- “the complete & unconditional surrender of Ukraine”

- “demilitarization and a ban on the creation of paramilitary forces”

- recognition by the international community of the “Nazi character” of the Kyiv regime and “forced denazification” of all government bodies

- UN recognition of Ukraine’s loss of international legal personality and the impossibility of joining military alliances without Russia’s consent

- resignation of constitutional authorities, holding elections to a temporary parliament

- adoption of laws on the payment of compensation to Russia for the deaths of its citizens and damage caused to the regions

- reunification of Ukraine with Russia

- self-dissolution of the provisional parliament, UN recognition of the act of reunification

He called his demands “calm and realistic, humane for everyone,” and added that Ukraine does not have “the will to negotiate.”
