👀 Jake Sullivan arrived in Kyiv on an unannounced visit:

Joe Biden's national security adviser promises that aid to Ukraine will be unblocked in Congress. But he does not say when it will happen.

“We will get this help for Ukraine. Just last week we allocated a new package of military aid for $300 million, which included ammunition, air defense systems and other weapons that are important for the front,” Biden’s adviser said during an unannounced visit to Kyiv.

According to him, the United States will also work with the rest of the world - a coalition of more than 50 countries - to send even more weapons to Ukraine.

A few more statements from Sullivan:

▪️USA believes in Ukraine, and Ukraine should believe in the USA;
▪️Biden fights for money for Ukraine every day;
▪️Russia has already been defeated;
▪️US Presidential Administration is not yet ready to announce the supply of ATACMS.
