The Russian enterprise “Izhmash – Unmanned Systems” failed to fulfill the state order for the production of the Granat-4 complex due to the lack of European components. This was reported by the National Resistance Center of Ukraine, citing a document received from concerned employees of the plant.
The Russian Ministry of Attack signed an agreement with the plant to produce new systems in the summer of 2023, but in October, based on an independent opinion of the Udmurt Commerce and Industry Chamber, the plant reported that it could not fulfill the order due to sanctions and the lack of components from the EU.
