Ivan Fedorov, head of Zaporizhzhya OVA, comments on the situation in the temporarily occupied territories (TOT):

According to Putin's decree, the regions have until April 15 to send conscripts (18-30 years old) to assembly points. There are no exceptions in the document for TOT.

We must understand that on TOT:
▪️ all men and boys starting from the 9th grade must register at the Military Commissariat;
▪️ Children's accounts are formed in schools.

‼️ So I once again call on our people to leave. After all, it is extremely difficult to avoid conscription, as well as any oppression or attention of the occupiers to the TOT.

➡️ It is important that according to international law, it is forbidden to mobilize and conscript the local population. But what does international law and human life mean for Putin, in principle?! The question is rhetorical.
