Celeste Wallander, US Assistant Secretary of Defense, expressed confidence that new arms supplies will have a significant impact on the course of hostilities.

According to her, there was a priority action plan, and the supply of weapons was only awaiting funding.

Wallander emphasized that strengthening the Armed Forces of Ukraine has become a necessity and noted that new American assistance will complicate the Russian Federation’s ability to carry out attacks. She noted that the US experience in delivering large volumes of military equipment will speed up deliveries.
