Approximately half of the North Korean missiles fired by russia at Ukraine went off trajectory and exploded in midair, — Ukraine's Prosecutor General's Office for Reuters.

Ukrainian prosecutors report that they have examined the wreckage of 21 of around 50 North Korean ballistic missiles launched by russia between late December and late February.

North Korean missiles account for a tiny portion of the strikes carried out by russia during its war in Ukraine, but their alleged use has raised alarm from Seoul to Washington, as it could mean the end of a nearly two-decade-old consensus among permanent members of the United Nations Security Council to prevent Pyongyang from expanding its nuclear and ballistic missile programs.

The last recorded use of the KN-23 took place on February 27, the prosecutor's office said, adding that the total number of launches it identified was consistent with intelligence reports that North Korea had delivered about 50 ballistic missiles to russia.
