Zelensky:

Russian terrorists took away the normality of life from a whole generation of Ukrainian children and shook their faith in adults. And many young Ukrainian men and women will never become adults: Russian strikes took their lives.

Thousands more were abducted from Ukraine, deported to Russia and scattered there among strangers, and most of them do not even have the opportunity to contact their relatives. Russia's attitude towards Ukraine and Ukrainians is a deliberate, calculated genocidal policy.

Today, June 4, we remember the children who became victims of Russian aggression against Ukraine. Cruelty to them is the most shameful of deeds. We will never forgive Russia for this.
