A schoolgirl from Chita, sentenced to 3.5 years in prison for graffiti “Death to the regime,” came of age in a pre-trial detention center

Today is the birthday of Lyubov Lizunova, a tenth-grader who was sentenced to three and a half years in April for "calls for terrorist and extremist activities". Lyuba and her friends were caught when they left the graffiti on garages. The FSB accused them also of administered anti-war channels.

The 18 year old is preparing for the Unified State Exam. “Good news - I still won!!! I was given a French tutorial, a dictionary and three reference books to prepare for the Unified State Exam! Now I'm waiting for "War and Peace" by Viktor Frankl. Now I’m taking notes on chemistry,” she wrote from the pre-trial detention center. The letters and postal address of the political prisoner were published by the No Future channel.

Another defendant in this criminal case, 19-year-old Alexander Snezhkov, was sent to prison for 6 years by the court.
