Russia has launched a public relations campaign to make the abduction of Ukrainian children by Russian occupiers habitual and “fashionable,” according to Ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets.

Lubinets noted that the Ukrainian side began to receive information that representatives of the State Duma, the government, and regional leaders began to look for a Ukrainian child for so-called “adoption.”
