Hipper added that Hungary, when allowing citizens of third countries, is obliged to ensure the fulfillment of all requirements for entry into the Schengen zone.

"This applies not only to the presence of visas or valid residence permits, but also to their absence from the red lists in the Schengen databases," she noted.
