A book about President Zelensky was confiscated from a parcel at Sheremetyevo.
The 38-year-old man ordered a book about Zelensky, "Showman," by American journalist Simon Schuster, from Poland. When the parcel arrived at Sheremetyevo, the printed edition was found and confiscated by customs officers:
"The examination confirmed that the book falls into the list of goods prohibited from being moved across the customs border of the EAEU. The information contained in it may harm the state security, political or economic interests of the country and the morality of its citizens," the russian Federal Tariff Service stated.
The man who ordered the book explained that he collects historical literature and purchased the copy for personal use. An administrative case was opened against him for failure to comply with prohibitions and restrictions.
