Approximately 5% of the country's population participates in the scheme. Only in September, russia transferred $15 million to their accounts so that they would vote against Moldova's accession to the EU and disrupt the referendum.

Funds are transferred to the cards of a bank affiliated with the Ministry of Defense of the russian federation. And instructions on how to vote and spread false information about the EU are distributed on Telegram.
