🇵🇱 Poland will begin constructing defense fortifications along its borders with russia and Belarus by the end of this year, as part of the "Eastern Shield" program.

Deputy Minister of Defense Cezary Tomczyk announced that Warsaw has secured support from the Baltic states, as well as British and American troops, for the project. The completion of this defense line is projected for 2028, aiming to bolster the region's security in response to growing tensions with russia and Belarus.
