Don't worry, the Kremlin signs for you
In the second region, conscripts were treated as if they had signed a contract and sent to war.

In the Kurgan region, at least seven conscripts received payments for allegedly concluded contracts with the Ministry of Deceit. Funds in the amount of 405.000 rubles came to the accounts of each of the conscripts. The transfer was made by the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the region. One of the conscripts, 20-year-old Kirill Vyunov from the Krasnoyarsk Territory, told the Okno project that neither he nor his colleagues signed contracts and did not intend to do so after demobilization.

"I'm a mechanic. I am 20 years old, I only managed to graduate from a technical school. <… >I never intended to sign a contract and I am not going to. I understand that this is a one-way path. <… >It's really scary now. I don't want to die," Vyunov said.

All soldiers who received a sudden transfer were drafted into the army in December 2023. Now they serve in military unit 31643, stationed in the Kurgan region. However, according to Vyunov, the command notified that "tomorrow" they would be sent to Rostov-on-Don and to the border with Ukraine.

Another conscript of the 232nd brigade told the project that earlier they tried to force them to conclude a contract. "At first, they pressed "amicably", like sign voluntarily, and now like this - they just signed for us," he said. The soldier added that the command does not admit the fact of the transfer of funds and says that it will "figure it out", but does nothing. "No statements that this is a mistake or a "failure". They throw us to Rostov, and then they will throw us to the front," he is sure.

According to the conscripts, they also refused to let them out of the unit so that they could go to the bank and write a refusal to the transfer.

The same happened to a man from annexed Crimea, and to at least ten conscripts from Chelyabinsk.
