"Fucking stench"
Video from Rostov. Hundreds of corpses in coffins await transfer to the regions.
Corpses are everywhere, even just in the corridors. The number of war victims is growing every day.
Meanwhile, regions have begun to massively buy means for identifying the bodies, spending a record amount. From January to mid-November of this year, a total of 182.9 million rubles were allocated for this in at least 18 regions - almost twice as much as in 2023, writes Verstka.
In particular, consumables and reagents for analyses were purchased in Tatarstan, Bashkortostan, the Perm Territory and the Moscow Region, which, according to the BBC and Mediazona, are the leaders in the number of residents killed in the war.
In addition to reagents and DNA tests, regions are purchasing automatic identification devices. So, in less than 11 months of this year, Udmurtia, the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the Novosibirsk and Arkhangelsk regions purchased the relevant equipment for 114.4 million rubles.
