They were foolish enough to believe that AWS wouldn't shut them down in the coordinated strike that they did.
Also they are using old thinking in the centralised setup that parler was setup as.
I wish they would just join the fediverse and add more functionality to it.

@Untersuchende parler update #3 is that they've been blacklisted from the industry and they can't get anyone to host them for money.

@icedquinn They will have to self host just like Gab. There are ways around it. Its just a big and costly task.

@Untersuchende curious if they will. they said something about it being down indefinitely, which sounded defeated, and not so much "until we can finish buying all the racks on ebay," but who knows.
