Once you talk about a region,you are cut off from the person,individuality is preserved in the one and not the many.
The many en bloc are have more tendencies driven by factors as a whole may they be rational or not.
Fair enough but the data of a whole will be the data when that person is part of that whole was what i was getting it.

The enviornment has a big role to play in any person’s constitutional make up.
I like studying people.
If you wanna study someone you cannot study them in isolation. You have to know what their enviornemnt looks like.
Humans survived because of community. And one can never overlook that
