They reprocess their 2019 #Tbrucei #proteome turnover dataset to generate ranked protein abundances in BSFs & PCFs, & provide the results as a handy web app.
Now YOU too can readily access data on the relative abundance of individual proteins in those 2 life cycle stages!🤩👍👏

Principally describes the distinction between monocentric and holocentric centromeres, the role of the histone H3 variant CENP-A (when present) and their taxonomic distribution.
