Before, people use to wed their daughter in child marriage or in early teenage because they were considered a burden on the family and also because of the fear that once a girl grows up, she might fall in love and run away.
Now, we have a law, according to which a boy can marry at the age of 21 and a girl can at 18. More and more people are getting married late in their 20s and 30s these days but there's still a pressure over people to marry young.
