As I rock my son to slumber, I wonder what's in store for him. I hope we leave a better world for him and those after him. I hope he grows up to be a courageous, caring citizen of the world, free from debilitating identities, bias and hatred. I wish I could make it all happen right away, but all I can do is hope.
