Why is it that when I go through a drive-through, I will be asked if I want sauce or ketchup packets and they will put them in the bag even though I said no. Sometimes twice.

@TXPatriot2021 Probably corporate policy? Can't imagine underpaid workers to do anything that is not mandatory for the paycheck.
