@twizzay Umm... how frequent are kids on a leash in general in DidneyWorl / the US?

@admitsWrongIfProven Not too often. This is the first one on this trip. But, they're more common in theme parks.

Since you asked, I have now started a tally.

(Would it be rude to imply that a leashed kid was a pet, or would that be overshadowed by the fact that the kid is leashed?)

@admitsWrongIfProven Lol I think at the very least it makes children look (and often behave) even more crazy than usual.

@twizzay Heh, obviously. You can't make a big show of breaking free of the leash to bite someone when you're not on a leash. The ones without leash just "want to play", so it's no bother if they bite.
