It's about dropping your undies ladies. Always has been.
We live in absolutely crazy times. As a child, I saw toilets that were not separated by gender. Anyone who needed to pee just went, and no one complained because we all have that need. Decency and consideration, what's so hard about that?

I guess single person unisex bathrooms are the only way to stop those predators, but they need to be fortified and not openable from the outside... maybe some automatic guns for defense?
It sounds reasonable in the US, at least. ICE goons trying to grab you? Just take a shit, and it will all be sorted.
