"What? What do you want the AI to put in place of breasts? Cats?"
"Just leave it flat."

"How about we allow those big, unrealistically bouncy breasts, but just omit the nipples?"

Then some idiot produced a music video full of women with huge, unrealistically bouncy breasts... but no nipples.
