I know it's too late at night to take mean brain thoughts seriously, but it still doesn't make them any less... Distracting.
It is unfortunate that some problems simply can't be solved, ya know? And that caring about them, or trying to make them better can oddly make things worse. Because then you're reminded of it more when you were trying to just ignore it the best you could.
Sigh... Sucks having some stuff and brain things there's no way to talk my way outta. Or to talk into feeling much better. Makes being home alone at nights sometimes when I'm too tired to engage in good distractions a bit challenging.
