What's up with the trend where all of the twenty somethings are dressing like Weird Al?

I’m not sure if it's a west coast thing or a Gen Z thing or a combination of the two, but it's a sea of dudes in Hawaiian shirts with greasy shoulder-length hair and pubestaches.
