Right out of the gate. The first case that Zach reports has someone who did not get a job because:
"asking questions about salary, responsibilities, and work culture are not things we like to discuss during the interview process."

It is a job interview. WTF are you supposed to ask? Back when I did interviews, this is exactly what they expected prospects to ask.
