I'm wrestling with the question of what to do with my daughter's laptop. Windows won't update unless I wipe and reinstall, has MS AI and she doesn't like it. ChromeOS Flex might work but has Google AI. She is comfortable with ChromeOS. I don't think she remembers her old Linux computer but that would be clean, fast and mostly free from AI.
