So, my saga concerning Hulu's inaccessible subtitles continues.

I had received a letter that they'd corrected the show I'd complained about. But then I tried to watch it yesterday and it's the same as it was; the closed captioning (speaking X language) obscures the embedded subtitles when the characters are speaking something other than English.

I'm not really surprised but I am fucking irritated. I'm probably going to cancel my Hulu subscription once I have the spoons to do so. I will, however, be replying to that email with "you're a fucking liar" but in business speak.

@ruemaleficent Ah yes, "get people to stop complaining for now" instead of "fix the problem". How likely would you rate it that this letter was written by a human with any contact to someone who might be able to fix this?

@admitsWrongIfProven It was supposedly from someone in the Hulu accessibility department but who the hell knows.
