CEO Jassy stated the move will help reduce bureaucracy and boost the company's use of AI. The ultimate goal is to speed up AI adoption and cost cutting to boost Amazon’s bottom line

I'd just put all the material assets into the hands of the people actually working, as a seperate company and replace the whole rest with an "ai".
