It is very similar to Angela Merkel saying what happens in germany is not ok. As a fan of Helmut Kohl, she would usually not say such a negative thing, but she did. And you employed sarcasm here, which is something that you would usually not do, gingerly taking care of others as you do, so it is a powerful expression.
