For all the flaws this place has, it's nice to be able to look at my feed and not immediately be bombarded by tedious memes about American politics.
I've seen a few twitter people complain that they have a MIGHTY NEED to talk about american politics all the time without using content warnings, but like... IDK, go and post that crap on Tribel or something. That's what literally every other social media app is for, apparently.
