A Raptor engine destroys itself in a flash of green light, usually signalling the engine has started to eat into its copper sections. Also a small engine was tested, potentially for HLS Starship.

@TGMetsFan98 Is it surprising/concerning that Raptors are still RUDing at this stage of their development?
@michaelgemar @TGMetsFan98 We know that they are running the current generation below the hoped for chamber pressure in order to get Starship off the ground. I suspect that we will see a number of tests to destruction as McGregor attempts to find the safe upper limit and iterates on the design. Merlin went through a similar process.
