Why is it so hard to find a rack-mount power bar that has the cord on the front and the outlets on the back?

Finally found one, but it's from a company that was previously owned by an extremely evil person who did something (gave $1.6 billion to the Federalist Society) that will cause enormous harm to our world and to people we care about. So I've been boycotting that company.

Found another one, but it's from an unknown company doing business as "Leopardprintfans", and is advertised as good for your living room and data centre..

I wish power bars had little tabs to attach zip ties to hold wall worts in place.

@ve7fim I wish there was a standard 12v 10amp dc plug. Have one high quality Rectifier per building instead of a proliferation of cheap wall warts, one per device. USB-C is going in the right direction, but 5v is a bit too limited for many devices

@antares I've set up everything in my ham shack to use Anderson Powerpoles for 12V. They're not bad, but a much better connector could exist.
