The Dobbs decision will go down in history as one of the worst SCOTUS decisions (just read the majority decision, there is no legal merit just extreme ideological confusion) since Citizens United which was perhaps the worst decision since the Dred Scott decision. Although in fairness there have been many doozies by the SCOTUS over the years and I am not expert.
However, the Biden admin is trying to do a little more to defend abortion, especially in states without bans:

@SusanPotter please remember this as you consider who to support in the 2024 democratic primary. We need someone better (and younger) than Biden.
@antares the only two Democratic candidates on my primary ballot in 2020 were two old white men, so don't tell me what to do. I actually didn't vote for either since I voted early for another candidate.
I suggest *you* fix your own damn party first instead of telling me it is my fault. I only vote Democratic because they are the least broken party in a two party system.
@SusanPotter for the record I cast my vote-by-mail ballot for Elizabeth Warren only to have her drop out before it was counted. I am doing everything I can to fix my party including reminding people the Joe Biden doesn't want to actually get anything done. Since it is likely the the primaries will be over before my vote is counted advocacy is the best I can do.
