For anyone being confused about why Australia is competing. This is the current map of Europe
@cmconseils What I don't get is how the UK is still on that map and hosting the bloody thing? Didn't they #Brexit or something?

@juneussell @cmconseils I guess. I gave up on geography when I could convince a single person that "mid west" ought to refer to the Rocky Mountians, and "Northern California" refer to the 50% of the state located North of a line from San Francisco to Lake Tahoe.
Geography, I'm told is more about people than geometry.
@antares @cmconseils Indeed. Eurovision is ridiculously/incredibly inclusive. There’s even a ‘Rest of the World’ vote this year. Maybe they don’t get geography either?
