So interesting to look up your CEO's work experience and find it's just other executive jobs, most of them lasting 18 months or less. And a lot of memberships in private networking groups for executives.

There's literally a class of people who flit from place to place, getting paid way more than everyone else, telling people what to do, and going to nice dinners, without ever doing actual work of any kind. Good luck climbing the ladder - there's an elevator and you don't have the key.

@Gothilla My CEO is the company founder, has an 2 degrees in Engineering, and has been doing the same job since the 1970s. Entrepreneurship is far more likely to get you to the top than climbing at an existing company.
