Good results so far.. some server admins told us to fuck off and wouldn't even listen. But quite a few so far have told me we are now removed from the block list. Several others are reviewing our timeline and will make a decision.
I expect many instances wont listen since they never bothered to fact check the accusations in the first place. But the fact that in less than an hour many have already agreed to unblock us is enough for me to consider this a successful interaction.

Thanks, @freemo, for going the extra mile. I get the reason why you made the rules on the server the way they are. And I have to say I respect and accept their reasoning for blocking us (even if it’s not always based on facts, it’s their right). It’s what makes this place special. You can make your rules. So if they want to block us, that’s their loss first and foremost. I am glad we get to participate and decide in which content we see. Leaving it basically in the hands of everyone here on QOTO.
@freemo oh absolutely. It is their loss in the end. I think it’s a good approach to sometimes make them at least aware off it even if they decide against it.
@apinae I respect their right too.. I just wish they were making an informed decision rather than willful ignorance.
