@Fenris I do something similar, I just also use a bit of salt and instead of marseille soap I use the soap I make with the wasted frying oil.
Do you notice a difference with essential oils? I find them quite a waste as they don't really help to clean
@arteteco (sorry for the late answer) Tbh I'm not sure, I've never done without bc I'm rly fond of the smell. However I've used tea tree EO in a deodorant and it was more effective than without, I'm guessing its antibacterial properties are real. The thing is, there's already vinegar in the dish soap that's supposed to do that, so I guess it's a bit redundant.
@arteteco Marseille soap, baking soda, washing soda, white vinegar, liquid soft soap, boiling water and essential oils (I used tea tree and lemon).

The most difficult was finding real Marseille soap, it's basically soap made with olive oil and (almost) nothing more than what's necessary to make soap
