Hi all! I'm finishing up my PhD in physics at UT Austin. My research focuses on using molecular dynamics software (specifically LAMMPS) to build simulations.

In one project, I'm testing a model that predicts how damage spreads through a lattice (i.e. cracks in rocks).

In the other, I'm attempting to come up with an explanation for why water doesn't follow the current model for capillary force when it's put in very narrow (i.e. nanoscale) tubes.
