We need more makers, and we need more people supporting makers. Imagine if when something broke you could call someone who'd make you one that will last for your lifetime and, with some easy, light repairs, your childrens' lifetime too? Capitalism would collapse

I think the best example of this kinda plan in the real world is the Catalan Integral Cooperative
It's basically what it looks like when a makerspace eats its greens to grow up big and strong - all the resources needed for people to make a living off their crafts, and a strong intertwined community working together for a common social goal
@socalledunitedstates fair.coop. It is quoted in your link, I think they are part of it. Is a global effort to create an alternative circular economy based on "fair" values. Check them out, it may be interesting for your stuff. They have a strong presence in Spain
