@RunningInCircles@mstdn.io Sometimes my ITB used to hurt when I ran and such, so I tried the foamroll. I remember the first time, holy shit, who would have thought! It seems so relaxing from the videos, but I can confirm what you say, it's quite excruciating!

It got better after a while. I stopped using it there... for calves and upper back is just fine 😎
