@stuartelden Thanks! Its really curious that there is few public information on Schuhl and its a little bit hard to find more about him.
@askesis I don't know much about him. I briefly mention his work in relation to Canguilhem and Koyré. I do know there is a lot of correspondence with Ignace Meyerson at the Archives Nationales, but not where his own papers are.
