I took this picture when I was visiting New York City back in 2019/12.
Before the trip I had watch a documentary about Jackson Heights neighborhood that left me impressed. How could it be a community where 167 languages are spoken? I definitely had to have a walk through those streets... and so it was. I took the subway from Manhattan up to 74th street Broadway. Then I walked through the main avenue (Roosevelt Avenue) where I could see so many different types of people and businesses. The subway was very noisy. It was freezing those days (-14ºC). I think that was the reason why my camera stopped working. Luckily I was carrying two of them, the 120mm Rolleiflex was still working.
