Good morning #fediverse! I’m slowly ramping up start work this morning lol. I work during the day as a structural engineer for the aerospace industry, and creating structural models doesn’t always go as smoothly as I would like! 🥵

@_astronoMay hey there! as you go following people, your timeline will start filling up! If you go to the "federated" timeline, then it's everyone talking about everything! A bit overwhelming, to be honest. It's better to slowly increase your follows to populate your feed. Sometimes it's still nice to "venture out" into the federated tl just to see what's going on.

Here's a closer look at a big #solar #prominence that showed up this morning. These events are relatively short lived, and disappear/shift out of view after a few hours...
