Handy birthday to Curiosity.
I still find it inspiring that a bunch of the smartest people alive took the time to figure out how to make a robot on another planet play "Happy Birthday" on a few million dollars worth of drilling equipment
The fun thing about deep internet humour is that a meme/joke either requires a (or several independent) obscure and incredibly specific set of knowledge to be funny or it's just pure nonsense that is funny because of its absurdity.
And without additional i information, you can't distinguish the two. And tumblr has fused the two to perfection.

Mich faszinieren die Verdrängungsleistungen des Menschen in der Klimakrise.
Für das Ahrtal z.B. wurden tausende Genehmigungen für den Wiederaufbau erteilt.
Das Motto jedes Mal: "Nur, weil das Haus in den Fluten zerstört wurde, ist das ja noch kein Beweis dafür, dass dieser Ort auch hochwassergefährdet ist!"
